Had no trouble at all with the shipment from this seller.One problem with the product! These earrings DO NOT come with clutch earring backs! Only flimsy "hook holder" rubbers, which would be fine if they were hook earrings, but they're posts. The hook-hold rubbers have no grip. For three pairs of earrings I don't think the price is too bad.There is two problems I had with them. I thought it might just be the ones I got but I ended up with two sets so I think it may be all of them. One the posts (part that goes in your ear) are a little too long which caused my other problem with them as well. The posts are too long and when I wear them they poke me in the neck when I hold anything to my ear or lean on them. Second since the posts are so long when they were shipped to me the earrings were bent in the protective packing to the point I had to request another pair to replace them. I was sent a second set right away but unfortunately these had punctured the protective wrapping. If you order these and have a problem with them I suggest you keep the original set until the second arrives to ensure you get a good set or so you can make one usable set before you send...
